1. **Warranty Coverage**: All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty. If any functional issues arise within this period, customers are encouraged to promptly bring their devices for resolution. The warranty covers parts replaced by our technicians, except for physical damage, damage due to excessive pressure or faulty logic boards. Proof of purchase is required for any refund, return, or exchange.

 

2. **Accidental Damage**: While accidents can happen, please note that our warranty does not cover accidental damage. We strive to use high-quality replacement parts. Additionally, we offer recommendations for protective accessories such as cases and screen protectors to help prevent future incidents.

 

3. **Cosmetic Changes**: During repairs, minor cosmetic adjustments may be necessary. These changes, such as bending out corners or filing sharp edges, are not covered by the warranty. In cases of severe housing damage, where there's a heightened risk of further issues, we may advise against offering a warranty. However, such instances are rare and represent a small fraction of our repairs.

 

4. **Water Damage and Internal Components**: Please be aware that water damage repairs are not covered under our warranty. While we use high-quality replacement parts, any pre-existing damage or missing components inside the device are not our responsibility and not our liability. We advise customers to back up their data before repair, as we cannot be held liable for any data loss during the process. Additionally, repaired devices will no longer be waterproof.

 

5. **Battery  Warranty**: Our battery warranty covers functionality only, not longevity. Rechargeable batteries have a finite lifespan and may require recycling over time. The duration of your battery's life depends on your usage patterns and device settings.

 

6. **Collection Policy**: If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of it.

 

7. ** Please note that screen protectors and cases are not covered by warranty.**

 

8. **Sales and Refunds**: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds; however, for eligible returns of unopened products in their original condition, accompanied by a receipt, within 14 days of purchase, we offer store credits or exchange.
